We constantly hear so much about blockages, but what is a blockage
and why is it so important that we release
them. Blockages are Negative
beliefs, memories, concepts, ideas, impressions,
interpretations,
doubts, fears,
guilts and feelings that have been accepted by us and
sometimes imposed upon
us by others. These create stress & anxiety
which creates blockages.
They
are called blockages, because they block our ability to move forward.
They can block our ability to enjoy life and take on challenges or simply to
exist in our world in a healthy, happy, balanced way.
The good news is that
these blockages can be released. Like deleting
information
